What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a floor-based, slow movement practice which draws in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridian theory. Through the slightly longer holds of yin we are able to release fascia, which stimulates our meridians and unlocks stagnant chi.
What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha (pronounced Hat-ha) includes physical practices of Yoga, known as asana, which are slower then most active variations. The goal of yoga practice is liberation, in Hatha we use physical postures to support this through movement, breathe and presence. Vinyasa is a form of hatha which involves a bit more flow and movement.
What is Yin&Reiki?
A blend of Yin Yoga asana, with hands on Reiki during the class to support the clearing of meridians through gentle touch, as associated with the practice of Reiki.
