What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a floor-based, slow movement practice which draws in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridian theory. Through the slightly longer holds of yin we are able to release fascia, which stimulates our meridians and unlocks stagnant chi.
