Louise Webster | LYLY

Louise has been practicing yoga + meditation for over 15 years and teaching compassionate,
mindful yoga since 2015..

Her classes provoke connections + meaning for the student to draw experience from, resulting in tangible changes in an individuals positivity, creativity and energy.

Deni Alonas | Kandala Yoga
Deni is a Yoga, Meditation Teacher + Holistic Educator with a desire to help others find alignment and healing in their life. Her classes will support you to divinely relax + unwind whilst also awaken your own intuitive wisdom through self-connection.

Ali
Alice O'Neill | Alma Soul Yoga

The freedom you will be guided to experience in a class with Ali will also show you how much you are willing to surrender on this journey to the Self. Ali teaches from a passionate place cultivated from years as a practitioner, self-directed study and self-inquiry. Her intention is to support you in building a stronger and more supple balanced state of being through yoga, reiki and meditation.


​Please note: Reservation for classes are essential. There are occasions where our class will not run if students are not registered so please ensure this doesn't happen by simply booking in. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome to attend.

Qoya is an expressive movement and dance practice that incorporates elements of mindfulness, yoga, dance and playfulness.
 
Through movement, ritual, community connection, and pilgrimages, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies.
 
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember our essence as wise, wild and free.
  • Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga
  • Wild: our creative expression in dance
  • Free: enjoying our bodies through feminine movement.
 
In Qoya, we focus less on how it looks and more on how it feels. There's no beginner, intermediate or advanced levels because there's just one level and that is when it feels good you're doing it right!
 
The best way to learn about Qoya is to try it!
