Please note: Reservation for classes are essential. There are occasions where our class will not run if students are not registered so please ensure this doesn't happen by simply booking in. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome to attend.
Qoya with LYLY (Lu Webster)
Qoya is an expressive movement and dance practice that incorporates elements of mindfulness, yoga, dance and playfulness. Through movement, ritual, community connection, and pilgrimages, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies. Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember our essence as wise, wild and free.
In Qoya, we focus less on how it looks and more on how it feels. There's no beginner, intermediate or advanced levels because there's just one level and that is when it feels good you're doing it right! The best way to learn about Qoya is to try it! DATES: Wednesdays (Fortnightly) TIME: 7.00pm (90mins) $25 Our classes are limited to four (4) participants. |
